What's the rated capacity at 20V?

Around 6,700 mAh. The 20V profile uses 1.5A resulting in the full 30W output. Considering that power banks are 65-70% efficient I figure about 6,700.

When i first got this powerbank it was at 25%, when i charged it to 100% it got rather warm, anyone else notice this??

This is normal. They get warm when charged or discharged rapidly.

5 star for the Spigen 10000mah power bank. This arcpack portable charger 30w out put of superfast USB c charging. My device is Samsung S24Fe and has super fast charging 2.0 pps 25 watt. Its matte plastic and premium feel. They include a USB c super fast charging cable and a nice carrying case. I did notice it getting a little hot when charging the battery inside case and charging without their included cable. and when charging devices it does get warm Its a compact design and it's very functional.

Guitar Pedalboard Friendly!

Used this to power my pedalboard and it works great! Power lasts for hours depending on what pedals are plugged in. Nice and small and looks and works great.

Lighter than expected, exceeds all expectation

This charger is superb. As soon as I got my hands on it, I tried to charge my phone that was at 23%. Within 30 min, my phone battery jumped from 23 to 73%.Product is not heavy considering the fact that it's 30W charging (Better than most charging speed out there) and 10000 mAH battery capacity.

So far, so good.

As of this review, I've had this device for about a week or so. So far it's been doing it's job. The only draw back is that you need to have a 30w charger for it to charge at the quickest rate, which isn't included with the battery pack. If you plan on using a standard charger prepare to have an extended wait time charging. I'm not sure how long it would take using a standard "quick charge" charger for mobile phones that used to accompany new phones. 🤷🏻

Drains Ally instead of charging

Drains my Ally instead of charging the Ally. No other battery bank has done this. I'm using name brand TB3/4 cables, and I've used a USB-C tester. Total waste of money for the Ally. It charges other devices, though.
