A lapel mic might be better.
Good quality hand-mic, heavy and robust. But in the end I discovered that a lapel mic gave much better sound reproduction, with much less external noise capture.

Mic arm is good, not sure why a few comments say it is flimsy.
Mic sounds good. Dynamic mic so is great at keeping keyboard sounds minimal if you're streaming. I've read some reviews stating the mic is noisy from being bumped etc, sure this is true but not a issue as a streaming/stationary mic.Arm is more than sturdy enough. The pivots can be tightened (For those of you saying that the arm is too weak, please learn basic tools and fasteners, the pivots are designed to be able to be tightened and loosened as you wish) if needed as they are simple hex nuts. Clamp stays put. What more can you ask for from a boom arm.Headphones sound fine. Keep in mind the price of this entire package and don't compare it to a set of $200 headphones.All in all 5 stars, as long as it lasts. If I have issues with durability I'll come back to update.

Audio y voz con calidad excepcional
Llevo más de un año utilizando el producto. Los audífonos tienen mucho mayor calidad que muchos otros audífonos de mayor precio, la calidad de los materiales al tacto y la comodidad sobre los oídos los ha vuelto mis favoritos. El cable es muy largo, por lo que no te restringe la movilidad, yo los uso para impartir cursos y grabar cápsulas de mis clases. Los uso mientras trabajo (aproximadamente más de 8 horas al día) y no he sentido cansancio o dolor en las orejas ni ningún tipo de presión por la diadema.Referente al micrófono, he grabado cápsulas con diferentes tipos de micrófono; el de la computadora, el micrófono integrado en unos audifono Bose inalambricos e incluso con el micrófono del celular, y con este he obtenido la mejor calidad de sonido al grabar o transmitir voz.El brazo metálico para sostenerlo también es de una excelente calidad y permite acomodarlo sobre tu escritorio de una manera que no te estorbe tanto.Definitivamente lo recomiendo mucho.

As a professional podcaster, I was in need of a back up microphone. One that was solid, had great sound, was plug and play and was not going to cost me an arm and a leg. The AT2005 fit the bill. It is a cost effective option that I can utilize for the guests on my show to make sure that they sound professional, clear and not like they are underwater.
