1.8" Wide Padded Camera Strap w Quick Release Plate for DSLR/SLR

The strap is slightly wider, significantly thicker, and much much softer than my Nikon D 800 strap. The holder where the ball goes into are plastic are rubber. It takes a significant amount of pressure on the rubber membrane to release the ball from the holder. The ball will not come out accidentally, but the ball is easy to insert into the holder. The buckles that are used to adjust the length of the strap are plastic with no clamping mechanism. Once the camera and strap are around your neck you can use the small fabric tab to shorten the strap by pulling up with the tab. To lengthen the strap, you hold the buckle on the sides with one hand and pull the strap down with the other hand. It works easily for me. All-in-all, I like this strap.

I’m so glad I purchased this over another big brand as I feel you get more dollar for dollar. Adjustments are smooth and fast plus I never have to worry about a twist in my strap when I clip in because it can rotate freely. It feels great quality and I trust even my heavier setup on it. I’ll update this review if time tells otherwise but for now it’s 5stars all the way around

Wow this really made carrying around my larger camera and lens very comfortable. This doesn't have the camera bouncing around on your body. Very easy to get adjusted and the right length. I am 6' 1" and I was concerned it wouldn't be long enough but it fit great. A nice padded strap and it made it easy to carry my camera around YellowStone NP.

this is an amazing strap because it disconnects and dont have to pull over head and it fits on camera so its in front or logistically hangs to side.

In form and function, this is the best camera strap I have used. -Connectors. The connectors are quick and easy to get on and off. The round connector design prevents the strap from twisting over time unlike conventional straps without built-in swivels. The quick release plate is smaller than on some competitors (e.g., Peak Design Slide) and is, therefore, less bulky. -Strap. The strap is wide in the middle for comfort around the neck and over the shoulders and it slides remarkably well. The narrow ends mean less bulk and weight. Adjusting the strap is simple and easy, the adjusters are not bulky and the strap stays put once adjusted. I cannot yet speak to durability because I have used the strap for only a few weeks. Time will tell if it will last. The Peak Design Slide strap also is nice and appears to be exceptionally durable, but is bulky and heavy compared to this PGYTECH Strap. I give this strap 5 stars and recommend it with the caveat on durability. I'll update the review if it does not wear well.

I've owned or tested out dozens of camera straps and this one is most well-thought out, highest quality I've come across. It's pretty comfortable, cleverly designed and aesthetically pleasing (as camera straps go). However, I was disappointed to find it no longer features magnetic buckles, allowing the wearer to hook the empty straps together when the camera is detached. Why Pgytech decided to eliminate this unique and useful feature (without mentioning it in the description) is odd. Cost-cutting, maybe. Regardless, I still recommend this strap. It's pricey but you can see the quality. It also pairs well with the hand strap, allowing the user to switch easily between the two.

I received this today and installed it immediately. I'm not a pro or even a photography hobbyist, I'm just a guy who wanted a good camera for vacation photos and an upcoming trip to Africa. I bought a decent Sony a6400 and some optional gear to go with it and I wanted a better strap than the one in the box. I've never used a Peak Design product which is what everyone compares these things too. So I have no experience with them. But, this could not be any easier to connect and disconnect from the camera. The padded strap will definitely be comfy. It came with extra parts and is less expensive than the PD.

I wasn't sure what I would be getting when I ordered this strap. I just wanted a comfortable strap and the PGYTECH 1.8" is it! I have tried all kinds of straps but never worn one that is not only incredibly comfortable but also so utilitarian and top-notch quality. The way you can move your DSLR to take a shot is pure magic. It's so good, I'll be buying another one very soon.

Ho acquistato la tracolla a rilascio rapido di PGYTECH per sostituire quella originale della mia mirrorless, stanco del solito "effetto corda" sul collo dopo ore di cammino. Attualmente la utilizzo su una Sony A7III abbinata al Sigma 24-70mm Art MK2: un'accoppiata splendida ma che supera abbondantemente il chilo e duecento grammi. Cercavo quindi un supporto robusto ma soprattutto comodo, e l'ho trovato. La qualità costruttiva si percepisce fin dal packaging, compatto e curato nei dettagli. Una volta indossata, la parte che appoggia sul collo (imbottita e morbidissima) fa davvero miracoli: distribuisce il peso in modo eccellente e non gratta sulla pelle, nemmeno se indossata direttamente a contatto con il collo o sopra tessuti sintetici scivolosi, sui quali mantiene un ottimo grip. I punti di forza che me la fanno preferire di gran lunga alla concorrenza (anche a marchi più blasonati come Peak Design, rispetto ai quali costa decisamente meno pur offrendo una qualità equivalente se non superiore) sono due: - Il sistema di regolazione della lunghezza: Le fibbie sono robuste, fluide e scorrevoli. Grazie alle piccole asole, allungare o accorciare la tracolla al volo in base alla situazione richiede letteralmente due secondi. - Il sistema di sgancio rapido: I terminali ad ancora sono fantastici. Rispetto a quelli piatti di altri brand, questi hanno una forma sferica che permette loro di ruotare liberamente all'interno dell'aggancio. Risultato? La tracolla non si attorciglia mai su se stessa. Inoltre, lo sblocco è immediato e sicuro, gestibile tranquillamente anche con una sola mano quando si vuole passare rapidamente all'uso su gimbal o treppiede. Nella confezione viene fornita anche una piastra QR compatibile e una chiave a brugola per il fissaggio sotto la macchina, ottima se si preferisce agganciare uno dei terminali sul fondo della fotocamera. Mi era parso di vedere online in alcune recensioni la presenza di un piccolo magnete per unire i terminali quando la tracolla è smontata, forse una feature presente in qualche versione pre-release, ma anche senza, il prodotto è praticamente perfetto In conclusione, se cercate comfort massimo per sessioni di scatto prolungate con un sistema mirrorless, soprattutto se equipaggiato con ottiche f/2.8 o comunque non proprio pesi piuma, questa PGYTECH è un acquisto obbligato. Sicura, premium e dal prezzo super competitivo. Consigliatissima!
