Love that I can use this in anyone’s home and they won’t complain about the smell of regular silicone. This stuff doesn’t eat into wiring or paint finishes either.

Used it to seal undermount sinks....easy to use and low odor

It's easy to work with (good consistency; nice resealable nozzle) and sets up well. But contrary to some reviews, it does have a smell to those of us sensitive to unnatural odors - less than most sealants, but still strong enough that I had to run a fan all day to air-out the room. (but hopefully harmless)

I wanted a neutral/clear caulk that would fill in some small gaps around my house. I used a caulk gun which worked well with the provided tips. I was able to get into tight places and the consistency was about what I expected. It does dry with a opaque sheen so it's not 100% clear but it does blend it much better than white or black. Overall I am happy with the purchase and hope it holds up over time.

I got this to use for sealing around my tub as my old caulking was white and turned yellow tinged. This is great and it is almost clear, has a tiny bit of cloudiness to it if you do it thick. Super easy to use, waterproof. I like that it is low voc for safety reasons.

These are priced pretty fairly considering they're a two pack, and they have some added benefit of having the higher quality screw on nozzles, so you actually have a better chance of using it again after storing it. I can't attest to any time, but it seems it should be as good or better than what I've been getting at the big box store, and about the same price, while those ones have the built-in nozzles you have to cut off or buy caps for.
