Upon receiving the SIM card prior to my trip to Colombia from the US, I contacted the seller to activate the SIM card, and it worked in the US (also received a text message from UK's Three). The data also worked fine when I landed in Colombia, but the network speed was pretty slow and spotty (4G, around 1 Mbps on my unlocked iPhone 12). The amount of data (10GB) was more than enough for my short visit, and it continuously worked in the US for the remainder of the thirty days. Interestingly, I created my account on the Three UK website using the SIM card information I had after the trip, and it looks like I could renew the data plan if I wanted for only £10 per month. And I will even get 20GB if auto renewed every month including UK's unlimited minutes and texts.
