Excellent Speed Training Product
We use these almost daily for my 11-year-old daughter. She has gained foot speed and faster reaction times. It really does put you in a challenging workout. My daughter gets all sweaty doing them.

You can’t go wrong with this purchase.
The setup is easy but you also need to purchase the holders to reduce slippage of the pods when touching them.

Read The advertisement carefully!!!!
Not happy. Did not realize I needed to buy the "kit" at $350. Wasted my money. I will buy a cheaper version. Thanks anyway.

Awful business
It's wild that these cost $25 a pop or $150 for enough bases to complement six pods. The functionality is fine, but for the cost of the pods, it's absurd that basic things like these bases are not included as part of the healthy initial investment.
