Packaging was excellent, box in box with bubble and foam wrapping. Product is durable and strong. No bolts were included so dont loose the ones you remove, they will work on the new mirror. The mirror looks exactly like the OEM. Fit is perfect. I bought the six pin connector option. I removed the old mirror prior to purchase to be sure. Saved myself lots of money, since on a fixed income at 76 yr. old it was great! Yes I am a 76 yr.old lady and replaced it myself! My hubby took a video of me installing.
