It works
Very easy to use, and was waterproof after one coat.

Grout sealer
Can’t really tell if it’s works or not I think it is working but it’s so clear a lot of think it’s working. There’s no shining to when you put it down. It’s just like water looking and then it dries out so it must work.

Appalling dispenser, but decent sealant.
This company is very proud to talk about their patented applicator bottle, however I have to disagree that it is any good. The hole for the liquid to come out of was seemingly blocked and kept on blocking up as if it wasn’t big enough for the liquid to come out, so the liquid found other ways out, and would leak out of the lids thread. Ultimately I had to remove the inner section of the lid to get any use out of it, which resulted in the liquid really flying out.The brush on the head is a good size, and the liquid appears to have gone on well and provides good coverage.
