I use a maderia recipe 500g of butter, sugar, self raising flour and 6-8 medium size eggs.

how many portions approx will you get from this mould?

Id say u would easily get 20 -25 portions. I have made this for many parties its a real winner. Just make sure u use wiltons easy release on the tin it comes out clean every time.
