I bought the first one of good quality, so I bought the second one, but I found that it was completely different from the first one. Its lid can't be stuck, and it will be automatically closed. If you hit it carelessly, your hand will be injured. In addition, it is difficult to open the lid once it is covered.

Bate and switch. Wrong product description
The media could not be loaded. This was advertised as a 100 cup rice cooker, and two day shipping. It did not take two days and when it arrived it’s now a rice warmer that is misleading information I spent almost $200 for what I thought was a rice cooker for my small business I don’t need a rice warmer. This is unacceptable.
