Kombucha is medicinal for me. It really helps with my 65+ age related digestive issues. The 'good' brands, i.e., the brands that work for me, have a 'VARIETY' of beneficial bacterial cultures. The cheap and often sugary brands DO NOT. They typically have (1) culture. The cheap brands also do not help with my digestive issues. This one does help with the digestive issues and so I'm assuming it has a variety of cultures. The specific cultures are not listed in the ingredients. It has a very low sugar content and tastes as good as Kombucha can.

The flavors are interesting...
The flavors are interesting. However, because it is sugar free , there is an after taste from the stevia. It's a little since its the last ingredient but it still leaves an after taste. I've tried to give it to family and guests... no one has returned to get another one.
