This book is GPS; first it helps you find where your org. is at, then guides you to where you want to go. There is no fluff. The author bares the inner secrets of his unlikely journey and invites us to learn from it in a very concise, easy-to-read style.While many of his tools absolutely will work in the business world, there are two that are very tailored to non-profits. The grace to embrace our vulnerability to tap into creativity and strengthen relationships, and the audacity ( read Faith ) to document impossible goals into your planning are not B-school maxims.The over-riding theme is by the grace of God and our humble hard work, we can do great things.
