Very good product, quality brush also. Needs to be removed before using the Breville Tamper. Other than that great products.

I have not had an issue with the magnet falling out (yet) like others have reported.This product snaps in place and keeps the overflow from the grinder from happening, which is why we hot it. On that hand it does the job perfectly.We rated it 3 stars because if using on the Breville it is inconvenient due to the fact that with it on, the button to start the grinding does not get pressed. You have to reach around and press the button with your finger. Other funnels have a notch that will hit the button.

As any espresso enthusiast will tell you, dialing in bottomless portafilter shots is deceivingly hard. Too many variables at play: temperature, pressure, grind, ground distribution, tamping, water pressure distribution, etc. The "Signal Blocker" in this set works as a pressure diffusion screen which helps mitigate some of the most annoying aspects of bottomless brewing: channeling and uneven extraction. And as far as my testing goes, it works very well. I can now pull bottomless shots with ease and without the mess. I'm aware there are other paper-based solutions to this problem, but, having a washable and reusable accessory is preferable to me.

I love that the funnel is magnetic. It makes it easy to use and perfect for our daily espresso. The sizing is accurate, as I have a 58 mm group head and it works perfectly. The puck screen doesn't seem to have a huge difference in the coffee experience, but it is still easy to use. The funnel makes using my WDT tool significantly easier. I am extremely happy with this set up!

I'm an engineer with much better things to do than to write a review, but once in a while, the oath I took when I joined The Order of the Engineer comes into play:There were two issues with this device that could be awesome if it were done correctly:(1) It is DANGEROUS! The small neodymium magnet fell out of it and could have ended up in my cup of coffee. If two of these magnets find their way to your intestines, they can cause fatal sepsis by squeezing the intestine together in two places. If they attach to each other without any intestine in the middle, there is no problem. Only some people may die. This is similar to the common cold, COVID-19, or the black plague, but preventable by simply not using it. The manufacturer can glue or otherwise affix it in place to fix the problem.(2) The tamper that came with my Breville espresso machine would not fit through the ring, so I couldn't use it.Cheers! (Or whatever espresso -- NOT expresso! -- drinkers say.)Todd B

If you use this funnel it makes the portafilter too tall to use the automatic grinder button. You need to reach around and press it by hand, which is just inconvenient. Other funnels have protrusions to replace the ones on the portfilter.

I like how the funnel is magnetic and stays put until I want to pull it off. The screen is thicker than other Ines I have used. It's seems to help spread the pressurized water out better. I am getting a creamier pour vs just black.

This fits my espresso machine perfectly! I’m still learning, but it’s getting a lot easier with fun, exciting pieces that you can add to your espresso machine. I highly recommend this.
