Great wine opener

I love this opener and the extra accessories that comes with it.They even provide rechargeable batteries and a battery charger.I did as the instruction booklet suggested and charged the batteries nothing happened after 3 hours of charging.I discovered that you can use regular AA batteries instead of the rechargeable which worked just great.So you have your choice of batteries to use .The variety of colors are nice as well.

Good gift

I liked that it came early and in a convenient gift box and bag. I bought it to give as a work place White Elephant exchange gift so I'd prefer that the wine opener were silver, as pictured, because it's neutral. Instead it came in pink. Nonetheless, I think it'll be a hit.

... wine opener from brooks brothers and it was so superior i had it for 5 years i am so ...

this product is not what it was advertised the opener is very very sluggish removing the cork it takes a long time to remove cork from bottle i had a wine opener from brooks brothers and it was so superior i had it for 5 years i am so sorry i replaced it with this inferior product i have you opener pluged in since i purchased it and it doesn't really work properly how can i return this opener to you?RSVP thank you
