It’s a decent travel set
(Smaller of the two options) t’s not quite what is pictured, the set looks okay, the board does lock when folded. For the price it’s great, especially if you just want something next to your bed or desk that just lets you see a problem over the board.

Love it!
This set is functional for use, pretty for decorating, and well-priced. I purchased a smaller version similar to this from a different seller, and it arrived with the magnets falling out all over the place (weak ones at that). This arrived in perfect condition with strong magnets. No regrets with this purchase.

Doesn’t stay closed
I really liked the mini size of this, perfect for travel. The magnetic feature isn’t very “magnetic” and are still easily moved if bumped. It is very hard to close also and pieces continuously fall out. Would be better if it came with a carrying case or pouch for this.

Very nice especially for the price
I had to re-glue a lot of the magnets almost immediately out of the package. However I bought these for my students at school and they are prefect for travel compact and easy to carry from class to class.

Pretty decent set for travel.
It's durable and compact. The magnets on the bottom are great, but also contribute to the container being hard to close at times.

Definitely could play chess on this it is small but exactly what we want for room decor in our game room

Magnets fall right out
Cheaply made- magnets fall right out. First time we played it we lost about half of the magnets. You’d move a piece and the magnets would stay behind.
