The media could not be loaded. For someone who has been wanting his own home gym for a few years now. Can't go wrong with this. I got the full package deal. It's not your top of the line system but it will most definitely do the job most people will need it to do. Comes with a good amount of attachments. I only had one issue and it was resolved super fast. I was missing the guide rods. They sent me replacement parts which came in 1 day later. Took me a little over 2 hours to fully it up only cause I was taking my sweet time. I have had it up for just 2 weeks and haven't run into any issues yet.

Easy to put together, takes a little time, but clear instructions. This is a good machine for beginners and intermediate users. I wouldn't recommend for someone who is transitioning to advance or an advance user. In my youth, I would have destroyed this machine in a month.Like my last machine, t he welds are light (I broke the welds on my last machine) but the torque distribution should counter any weak welds.The bar slide is smooth and works well, the lat bar slide not as smooth, but does the job. The cables are to long, roughly 14 inches to long. Need to hook one side lower or higher to take up excess slack if using one side of the cable, need to stand further back if using both, tends to change the angle resulting in a little different muscle set or subset.Over all, happy with the machine and expect it will work well for someone who is older and staying in the intermediate range for the foreseeable future.

FYI, this product was shipped to me in two separate parts. Both heavy packages, so please thank Fed Ex! I had my husband help me since I get so anxious when I see a lot of tools and items. Each box has a number so use that in steps to better help you assemble. Try to follow the video here on Amazon, that got me through it, or atleast to help my know-it-all husband assemble it with me. Definitely have some patience, I did this atleast in two days, but you could definitely do it in one day if you have the time. Use some grease on the metal poles to really get that bar move smooth to go up and down for your RDL's other than that, you might need a step platform if you're short! I am 5'0, and I need to purchase a step platform to do my RDL's. Other than that, it's perfect for me and it gets the job done for leg days :)

The media could not be loaded. So after several weeks of use my biggest complaint about this is the smith machine. It appears the bearings are worn out already causing alot of excessive play with just a little amount of weight. I understand this is not a commercial grade machine but i don’t feel it should have this much slop. It is getting progressively worse over time. I have reached out to the company and they are aware of the issue and stated they will send replacement bearings or the guide assembly but they have no eta on when manufacturing can produce the parts. . There also is two bubbles that are starting to appear on the left side cable system possible tearing. Hope this helps anyone in their decision making.

Missing parts, poor quality, workout capacity not good as the bottom cable machine has no range of motion. Would return it if I could but shipping is not paid for and it would cost too much to send it back. Now I'm stuck with a bad, expensive purchase.

The gym arrived via FedEx in three separate boxes that weigh about 130lbs each. Everything was exceptionally well packaged, and I did not have a single damaged part. Assembly is straightforward and takes one person about 4 hours, though this would obviously be faster if you have a friend to help. You’ll need a socket set and some Allen wrenches to assemble. The kit includes some basic wrenches that will work, but they’re not the greatest quality. Also if you have an electric ratchet that will speed the process along considerably. One thing I really liked is that the hardware for assembly (nuts and bolts) was all individually packaged to correspond with each step in the instructions. That definitely helps with keeping things organized. They also included an odds & ends package of extra bolts and washers just in case you lose or damage any during installation. I thought that was a nice touch. I’ve only worked out on the unit a few times since I got it built, but I can say it’s very solid. There is very little movement when doing exercises and I feel safe using all the features. Overall I would definitely recommend this gym for the price. Just make sure to measure and ensure you have the space for it because it is quite large.
