For over a year I looked for necklaces on Amazon. I'd always back out of buying one at the last minute due to negative reviews I'd read. When a necklace I wore a pendant on broke, I needed a new necklace ASAP, and I decided to order this 5mm 36" necklace (I measured my previous necklace and it was roughly 36").I was quite pleased with the necklace I recieved. It put to rest the fears I had from reading reviews of various inexpensive necklaces on Amazon.This necklace is shiny. Several people have asked if it's silver. The necklace is made of metal, it's not cheap plastic. I have no reason to doubt that this is a stainless steel necklace as advertised. I haven't noticed any skin discoloration or irritation from wearing this necklace for nearly a month. The necklace is comfortable, it doesn't pinch the skin. The necklace and clasp are sturdy; I wear this necklace when I sleep, and both the necklace and clasp hold up to my tossing and turning at night. There are no permanent kinks in the necklace, when a link or two in the chain gets bunched up, simply running my finger over those links is enough to straighten out the necklace.This is a good looking necklace that I've received several compliments on. I highly recommend this necklace for the quality you get at a reasonable price.

Purchased two for my toddlers. They’ve been wearing them everyday for about a week, so far these necklaces have held up! Happy with my purchase :)

I purchased 3 of these chains. 2 were Christmas gifts, and one for myself. I have a serious allergy to the metals found in most jewelry. First, itchy hives, then my throat closes.... I have been wearing this chain nonstop for at least a week, and have not had any issues. I can pretty much guarantee that this is true stainless. My daughter was thrilled with her necklace, I love mine, and they look wonderful!

bought this for my son for his birthday he had out grown the one he had previously (he is 8 and had it since he was about 1 year old) we buy the longest lenght and divided it to make more jewlry for him. he does not take it off, it does not turn and it lasts! i highly reccomend!

Nice looking chain but came about an inch and a half shorter than what I had ordered, had to return and am thinking about re ordering. return process super easy

My friend had a chain valued at $150-200 that he wore for years. Eventually, the chain links were worn & slipped out from one another, causing the entire necklace to become unraveled & lost. I bought this one as a “temporary” replacement. Two years later, it’s still holding up! The material is nice & has not tarnished a single bit, even after getting wet, etc. Very good quality! He has no idea that I didn’t give a pretty penny for this!

I thought it was going to be a little bit shorter but it was the perfect length! It was an early Valentines gift for my boyfriend and he loved it!

The chain is of good quality, looks great, feels great! I remain totally satisfied!

We regularly buy gold plated jewellery for our son, this time we made the switch from gold over sterling to this brand. Terrible colour, looks like brass more than gold. Links are not finished on the inside and are grey metal underneath. Not worth the money. Do not buy.
