Impressed with this Calorie-Free Sweetener
This product has been exactly what I was looking for. The same sweetness as brown sugar without all the calories, it's perfect for diabetics. Being gluten-free is a bonus. The fact it's calorie-free and also a stevia-based sweetener is great. The molasses addition is a nice touch. It's a non-GMO product, and the zero sugar content is awesome. Plus, 70 servings per jar makes it last. Love it!

New taste enjoyed in no time
I was using Splenda in my coffee for years. I recently read a booklet called Simple Blood Solutions. I have diabetes type 2. I received an amazingly written booklet called Simple Blood Solutions. It decried virtually all vegetable oils and artificial sweeteners especially the one in Splenda (and many others). It went on to recommend Truvia as safe for diabetics. I'll admit, the difference in taste from my long time "friend" Splenda was at first a little off-putting. Not distasteful, just a distinct and not altogether unpleasant taste difference. To my surprise after just four days of Truvia morning coffee, I no longer discerned any difference in tasty sweetness. This is my new safe and effective guard against the enemy of diabetics...sugar spikes!

Monk fruit AND Stevia review!
Stevia: I found that my tea tastes slightly sweet but not that noticeable. Some people say it has a flavor but I don't notice any 'bad' flavor. I do notice it does taste different than sugar though.I will try to add more product tomorrow. I will edit my review if I end up liking it more! I only tried it with green tea but I will try it with black tea and milk tomorrow. You don't get that much sugar replacement so I will only use it as a sugar replacement for tea to lower my sugar intake. The monkfruit one is coming in the mail soon so I look forward to that as well!Update: Monkfruit came! This one is world class. It tastes exactly like sugar and you use it at a 1:1 ratio as sugar. I will just use it for tea because it's expensive for a small amount of sugar.Keep in mind Erythritol is the main ingredient but it is NOT bad for you. It is a natural sugar alcohol. Some people find Stevia/Monkfruit unbearable and it's usually better as a mix.Example: Monkfruit is 200x sweeter than sugar so a person might add too much accidentally, it would be hard to measure, etc.3 stars Stevia, 4 stars Monkfruit.
