So far it’s leak proofI haven’t used it with straw as others have mentioned it leaks then but it has the sip section so straw so not requiredHeat retention was great. 6 hours in and it’s still hot.But cold retention is amazing. After 9 hours I still had ice in my flask. After 12 the water was still ice cold

Whether it's aesthetics, ease of use, or sturdiness this thing is great. I appreciate the rubber stoppers are solid and don't have any difficult to clean crevices that too many bottle makes tend to design into their products. This company understands it's better to have a solid product than save the money for the 2 tiddlywinks of rubber and then have the customer never buy a bottle from you again. The heat retention abilities on this are excellent. I don't like drinking cold things so I mostly use my bottle for hot stuff. 10/10 would recommend

I LOVE this cup. It is by far the most beautiful one I have seen. Was devastated when got first scratch. Definitely keeps drinks hot for hours. Left a tea all day and it was still hot, not steaming, but hot after 7-8 hours without being opened. If you close between sips hot drink stays hot long time as well. Have not used for cold or the straw. DEFINITELY DOES NOT LEAK. I will absolutely buy another one or two of these beautiful cups. Love it.

I'm rather picky about my drinking vessels. When I was looking for a new tumbler, I looked through product descriptions and countless reviews for specific hot and cold times. I couldn't find any for this tumbler, but for the price I figured it was worth a chance. I'm glad I took that chance.I'm a sipper. It usually takes me over 6 hours to drink 12 oz. My tumblers are with me literally 24 hours a day. I received my tumbler yesterday, and figured I'd ice test it last night. I didn't seal it air tight. I put the enclosed straw in it and actually used it. (It comes with a brush and metal straw, but I added the rubber tip.) 14 hours later and I still have ice. And not just tiny remnants of ice, but actual cubes.Another purchase factor for me was the diameter. I have problems with my hands (tremmors, weakness, arthritis, etc). I was looking for a skinny tumbler because I had success with them in the past. This one isn't exactly a skinny tumbler. It's better. Skinny tumblers are totally straight. This tumbler has a very slight flare toward the very top. The diameter is comfy and that little flare makes me feel more secure about not dropping it. The handle is also sturdy if you prefer to carry it that way or clip it to a bag.The color is beautiful. The quality is awesome. You don't have to change lids to go from hot to cold. There's even a little air hole so you don't have to keep the straw hole open to drink hot beverages. I haven't tried a hot drink yet, but if the insulation keeps up with the way it handles coldness, I'll be able to sip on hot coffee for hours.I purchased a less expensive color but even a more expensive option would be well worth the money. I'm planning on purchasing another one for when this one wears out. The value and performance of this tumble far exceeded my expectation. It comes with my highest recommendation.

Great product, no spills, slim, fits in cup holder, keeps coffee hot for about 4 hours and cold for about 7-8 hours. Bottom of the bottle has a rubber base attached to the steel frame which makes it shock absorbent when put down on floor or table it doesn't make any sound which to me is a genius idea. I highly recommend this tumbler. Don't overthink just buy u wont regret it .
