Firstly, the suitcase was well packaged in a cardboard box with polystyrene to protect the suitcase corners.The handles were protected by plastic bags.On the suitcase, there's a locking system for the zips which is great. Internal storage is HUGE! This would definitely be plenty for a family of 3 to have a week away. The swivel wheels are a dream- I think this suitcase could pretty much take itself to the airport! So easy to manoeuvre, even on gravel (yes I tried it!)The duffel bag doesn't, obviously, have any locking system so I have bought some other little padlocks to keep my belongings secure whilst out and about. At the bottom of the duffel bag, there's a zip which, when opened, creates additional space. There are lots of pockets inside and outside for storing bits and bobs.The washbag has a couple of inside pockets and a zipped pocket, which is handy. Also, plenty long enough for storing hairbrushes, toothbrushes etc which is great.Would 100% recommend this product. I had bought some luggage straps for extra safety but I'm not sure I'll need them now!A brilliant find. Very pleased!

Loved the case, the compartments were separated nicely, the lock was easy to understand, it moved smoothly, was lightweight enough to handled with ease but strong enough to inspire confidence. The carry on bag is multi functional and good quality and the toiletries bag really useful. All this for a reasonable price. My only preference for improvement would be a small lock for the carry on and an easy way to attach it to the case securely.

The big case is brilliant, so lightweight and easy to push/pull along even when full. I haven’t yet tried it on a flight or holiday abroad to test out it’s durability and perhaps rough handling. So far though I’m very pleased with it and love the colour - grey and pink. The hold-all that came with it didn’t impress me as much. It looks flimsy though it may possibly do the job well enough. The smaller bag brilliant for shoes I found when I was travelling recently.Overall I’m pleased with the quality and price.

Love this set I got the pink and grey and it’s so cute. It meets easyJet cabin dimensions and is easy to manoeuvre. The 4 wheels make it easy to glide across the floor. It’s not the cheapest choice but is good quality, sturdy and lightweight . The combination zipper lock is an added security bonus.

Good size suitcase haven't used yet but seemed to wheel OK. Handle a little flimsy but for the price can't complain.Love the carry on bag, good that it extends and has plenty of internal pockets. Great size very light as with suitcase. Zips seem fine, colour smart blue with red trim, locks seem to work well a bit fiddly though. Material of carry on looks a bit cheap and shiny.Outer shell of suitcase seems OK, time will tell.Toilet bag a nice size and can be clipped to carry on to save space if needed.On the whole pleased with purchase. Will update later once I've used it.

Absolutely love my new suitcase! I used it to travel on the Eurostar to Paris last year and it was strong and durable enough for the journey. Suitable and big enough for a short stay as my husband and I were both able to fit all our clothes inside. He had one side and I had the other using the middle for toiletries. The wheels and handle are also quite durable, showing no signs of breaking anytime soon. Plus it looks a little bit more luxurious/expensive than your typical suitcase. I would definitely recommend.

Love this suitcase set. It’s well designed and stylish and the 5 pieces gives you versatility. Be aware the 20 inch is slightly larger for EasyJet but you can board with it and take onto the plane however check as it may also need to be classed as a large cabin bag. The toiletries bag is spacious and so is the hand carrier. The black and brown design is beautiful to look at. The lock feature is good too. Value for money.
