Bad battery and soo much scratched
received this laptop with many scratches, finger sensor is not working, battery is too weak can't last even for an hour, Even sound quality seems too cheap quality speaker.. this laptop is fully manufactured, screen touch also not working, wrong some other cheap company charger they had sended, the plug is too thick .. can't able to charge the laptop,, full waste of money... please exchange it or return it ASAP.

Laptop looked great. Fingerprint scanner didn't work. No way to hook up to wifi. Tried downloading drivers. Still didn't work. The checklist they sent showed all was good. Took days to receive laptop when it was suppose to be next day. Never again.

Desde el día 1 no sirve la pila, no le dura mucho hay q conectarla para trabajar ….tiene el 50% de pila la apagas y la quieres prender de nuevo y ya está descargada hay q conectarla para trabajar para volver aprender

Llego un día antes, muy bien empacada, exactamente con las características de la publicación, en muy buen estado, sin detalles cosméticos y lista para configurarla, solo viene laptot con bateria y el cargador, no vienen manuales ni guia de inicio, muy buen valor
