I'm a homeschooling mom of 2 kindergartens who are learning to read. These arrived today and my kids actually WANTED to work on phonics! The wooden pieces are high quality, letters are printed on both sides so you don't have to spend time flipping them over, vowels and consonants are different colors, there are multiple wooden frames so you can work with up to 4 kids at once, the word cards are heavy duty and clear, and it comes with a cute little bag to put all the letter tiles in. I love that all the letters are lower case and are a clear font. This was sort of an impulse purchase when I was looking for a way to keep one of my kiddos more engaged, and this totally worked! Worth the purchase, for sure.

This is really fun and educational. My son asks to play with it often.

Fun learning tool we used with my daughter to help master her CVC words. Wood letter blocks and boards are very sturdy. Appreciate the vowel blocks being a different color, red, in order to help her learn her vowels but also short cvc words. Great for visual learners!

I’m still deciding if I’m going to keep this product or not. Some of the pictures are very out there. What I mean by that is a young child will look at a picture and won’t automatically think oh that’s a ham being sliced. Not nearly concrete enough for the age group this product is designed for. Therefore since I need this to be independent work while homeschooling with the other child in a different subject it’s not going to always work because I know the child is gonna come running to me asking what is this picture? But the main reason I am writing this review is because sellers on Amazon you have got to stop sending purchases in padded envelopes that ought to be coming in a box. The outer box of this product is completely destroyed so I will have to store it in something else. This is happening more and more often.

My 2½ year old grandson is figuring this out pretty well. He loves the tiles, word racks, and colorful cards. He even enjoys clean up because they have a cloth storage pouch. He's also learning to be gentle with the cards because they will bend. The third time we tried he did two words all by himself. I love that the vowels are red and consonants are blue. Some of the letters are confusing because they look so similar, but that's to be expected with lowercase letters. Overall great purchase!

My nephew loves it and enjoys playing with it. His mum too 😂😂😂
