Is not working unable to charge
I was disappointed after after 10 mins of used is not charging at all!! This is scam

Vaccum power too low to be of any use
Makes lots of noise but does not vaccum even the slightest piece of dust.

Received a used item
It is very disappointing that I received a used item. You can tell by the looks of it. Paint on the switches and buttons are already wore off. Nevertheless, the product is doing ok.
