You need to follow the directions. You can use substitutes for milk with coconut milk. Still works with oil not ghee. Good for gluten and milk free product.

It’s an easy mix to make and they turn out quite well.

It is a little sweet on it's own, due to added sugar and vanilla but it's delicious! We enjoy our pancakes with chocolate syrup, or with peanut butter and strawberry jam, or with ho ey! Or we make a homemade apple sauce. Excellent pancake mix, it is expensive but it's good.
