I had seen some ads for this product before and was curious how it would work, so I bought this and compared it to store-bought strawberries and apples. Look at the difference in the results,The water soaked in the washing machine was much darker, which makes me think it washed the fruit better! I'm not a scientist, and I don't have the tools to test scientific results, so this is just a visual comparison for me. And, frankly, I soaked more fruit in the washer and left less fruit in the normal soak, but I kept the fruit to water ratio the same and soaked it for the same amount of time. I rinsed the fruit afterwards and the flavor didn't seem to be affected. From now on, I will definitely use my washing machine to wash fruits and vegetables!
