This product helped me lose weight that I gained over the holidays

Amazing. ------------- I'm on a diet for summer vacation, and I haven't moved my weight for a while since the stagnation period came. So I took this medicine because I heard it helps me lose calories. At first, I didn't know, but after about a week, the scale that didn't move started to move little by little. It's not perfect yet, but the size of my body has gotten smaller, so I come out to shop and take pictures. I think it will help those who like carbs.

My lower abdomen was getting bloated and my digestion was not smooth, so I was suffering from discomfort all day long. A colleague recommended this product, and I actually knew this brand already, and I had experience with other products from this brand, so I trusted it and bought it right away. The size of the pill is enough small for easy swallowing, and after taking this before going to bed for 3 days in a row, it definitely helped with bowel movements, and I felt that my stomach, which had been bloated due to gas, was relieved. If it continues to be effective after eating a whole bottle, I plan to continue purchasing it as a nutritional supplement.

It's easy to swallow with water. Like many other products, I'll have to see how it will effect me over time.

I have been taking this supplement along with a similar jelly-type version and occasionally the powdered form mixed with water, always following the instructions. For exercise, I started managing my fitness in November last year, training indoors once a week with climbing, doing hip-hop dance twice a week, and going for morning jogs twice a week. However, I didn’t particularly control my diet. As you can see in the video, my trousers are now so loose that I can fit a fist inside, turning them into an oversized fit. Normally, you’d expect such results only with strict dieting and proper strength training, but I genuinely believe this supplement helped me lose weight much faster.

It's hard for me to swallow pills and these are small, so don't get stuck in my throat. Does what it claims to do! And also it's not like I've lost a lof of weight, but I've got room in my pants and I feel really lighter. My friends would ask if I had lose weight LOL Moreover, I can't think of any more snacks since I took these pills. Finally, now I can stop eating when I'm full:D

I struggle a lot with hunger cravings despite eating a lot of protein. It gets really frustrating because working out is not enough for me to loose weight. After taking this supplement, I’ve definitely noticed that I’m not as hungry and I stay full longer. I’m still eating a healthy amount but none of the extra unneeded calories I was putting in my body. I also noticed I’m not as bloated. Weight wise I haven’t seen a huge difference after taking it for almost a month, my average was around 148-152lbs but now I’m about 143-148lbs. I did have an off week though, so I do think if you stay vigilant about having a healthy lifestyle this can really aid you in weight loss. Or if you struggle with hunger like I do, definitely give it a try!
