No issues with the paddleboard. I use it in the Colorado River and never have issues. Good workout blowing it up. 💪

**edit**After contacting the company they helped me fix the paddles. You can twist the locks to make them tighter. That wasn’t too clear in the instructions. I would recommend also ordering an electric pump. This made inflating the board much easier. Especially for those that may have limited strength as I do (suggested by customer service). 🙄. Overall once inflated the boards were great.I was so excited I ordered two. But I have not had a chance to take it in the water yet. It was not easy to inflate. I pumped forever and could only get it to 9psi. I am fairly fit and active. There is no way I’ll be able to do that at a dock. I have ordered an electric pump and waiting for that. I tried to put together the paddle. It will not lock into position. I’ve sent an email to see if it can be replaced hopefully I will have a quick response. Waiting on the second one to be delivered. Hoping I will not have the same issues with the paddle. I’m disappointed thought it would be much simpler and I could go for a paddle right away.

If you are looking for a beginner board or just a good all around iSUP this is a great board. The price is perfect for everything you get with this board. Well made and designed for pretty much all paddlers from beginner's to advanced. Very lightweight to carry, takes between 5 and 10 minutes to pump it up and offers enough storage to carry your accessories when on the water. The carry bag is perfect, love the way it fits and carries your board,pump,paddle and maybe a couple other items. Me personally don't use the seat but is a good option if someone I'm paddling with wants to try it out.Pros - perfect size and design - very stable board - easy to paddle for everyone - carry bag is comfortable and very easy to use - very well made with great construction, board can take a beating and keep coming back. Very durable!Cons - paddle isn't the best will probably need to upgrade at some point. - d rings for the seat can get in the way when paddling, but this is not that big of a deal.* would totally buy again* well worth the price* love the colors* fun board to paddle* can paddle all conditions from ocean to the harbor/ lake* can handle a 6 foot man at 220 pounds

Comparing this to my wifes we bought at a major retailer for over 600.00, I would buy this one from now on hands down. Let me do my best to say anyCons: Not the most sylish for the money, seemed lame to add 50.00 to get wood textured look, but would have likeda couple of the parts needed a little tweeking to get together on the paddle, it wasn't rocket science.the seat isnt what you would get out of, say, a lifetime Kayak, but It met expectations.Pros: BEST SUP for the money, and theres really nothing better about a similar 6-900 board that I can see.It's jsut as good everywhere that matters, its stiff, sturday and literally identical in shape and size. I like that the big fin comes off, good for some of the really shallow water in my desert state.I did the research, save yourself the time, get this one!They even reached out after delivery to make sure I was happy!Update: both sups were in the back of my truck and the 600.00 one popped with the increased pressure of the summer heat/sun while this one sat beside it just fine. They were both inflated about 2 hrs prior with an auto shutoff digital pump to exactly 15psi. Still very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered one paddleboard from ISPNZH, and we liked it so much that we ordered a second on Prime day. Separately, I ordered a cordless electric pump, which also runs off the car charger and/or wall socket.Unfortunately, the third time we went out, one board split down the side, after inflating to 13 psi, per the directions. I contacted ISPNZH through the Amazon message board, and their customer service worked with me to ensure I received a replacement paddleboard. They even texted the phone number listed in my Amazon account, to let me know that the replacement was shipped and to confirm that it was received.We continue to be very happy with our ISPNZH paddleboards, and have been out multiple times since this incident. I think we got the last paddleboard built on a Friday afternoon at the factory. This happens, and we haven't had any problems with the new paddleboard.

I'm pretty bummed that the first and only time I used this board, the fin attachment broke. The attachable fin/skig has a little lock mechanism to slide through for extra security that you won't lose it while riding and is attached by a tiny cord string. I tried to pull it out and the string broke and now I cant pull the lock out meaning I can't get the fin off which means I can't fold it up and pack it into the bag. Very poor design and waste of money. As far as performance l goes, it was unsteady and the pump psi doesn't work so I never know when it is fully pumped or not which may be why I feel wobbly riding it. Very disappointedUpdate: customer service is stellar. I reached out to alert them of this issue and was informed that I put the lock mechanism on upside down and they offered to replace for me immediately. Thank you!!

This review has been updated to a 5 star due to first impressions of the board itself and seller customer service. I have not been on the water yet, but inflated the board and it feels solid and looks great. The bag is nice, but is not the strongest. The bag that came with the board ripped at the handle the first time I put the contents in and lifted the bag to move it (handle at the top and back of the bag). I would not recommend using that handle with the way this bag is made. Use the backpack straps, they seem to be sturdy enough for the job. I updated my review to a 5 star as customer service was great. They sent a replacement bag as fast as they could. Great customer service. The new bag seams the same, so I wont be using the one handle; but it should do the job otherwise.I won't be using the actual product for a month or so, so will update review on the board itself when I do.

The media could not be loaded.  The package came quick, I checked everything over. When I was pumping up the board, the pressure gauge didn't change though the pump itself worked really well. I borrowed a friend's to make sure to pump up the board to the correct PSI. I did a soap test to ensure there were no leaks. I contacted their customer service (they list the number in the details of each of their boards. They also respond to instagram, their website "contact us", and Amazon messages as well) and they were quick to send me a new pump.Deflating and packing into the bag was very quick and easy as well, the valve is a push button style release and the pump can be used to suck out any remaining air.The storage bag/backpack has enough room for additional accessories like a towel and wet bag if needed when all the other pieces are packed. Fairly light and can be adjusted easily.Shoutout to Helen and May from customer service, 5 star!

Product came quickly and is good overall. The pressure gauge is not working but the pump is working well.
