How do you remove the bulb?

It may depend on what yours is used for. Mine was as a replacement in a reading lamp. It was held in place by a clamp, once that had a retaining screw removed it was simply a matter of pulling the bulb away from the connection. The pins of the connector are only straight and just push in or pull out. Then put in the new bulb and re-fit the clamp.

To be honest, I've no idea.But if that lamp takes a 4 pin FML bulb then it should be fine.

Is this bulb dimmable?

This is a fluorescent tube device and it is most likely that it is not dimmable. I bought the light for an old friend; so I do not have the lamp standard that it would have fitted. Sorry that I cannot be of any more help.
