I'm printing thin gaskets that get clamped between plastic parts to create a water tight seal. This has enough squish that it does a very good job of it. Print settings that ended up working on my Halot Lite are 1 base layer at 5 seconds and 2.5 seconds per .1mm layer. At 2 seconds I saw layer separation between the first and subsequent layers. At 3 seconds I saw some curling in the final print. Since I'm printing flat to the plate, these do need to be scraped off. A sharp scraper with firm pressure gets clean release but have no illusions that this will pop off the plate. Even with thorough washing and post curing, the top layer remains tacky. Getting it to be non-tacky requires that prints be rinsed with virgin IPA and then left in the sun for hours. For reasons that are beyond me, my curing chamber wouldn't get it done.
