This is an extra long heating pad that heats quickly and extends beyond where other heating pads can reach. It has a soft and cozy cover. After many months I had a problem and pad was still under warranty. Customer service bent over backwards to honor warantee and replace pad. Five star product abd servuce.

Heats fast and even. Digitally controlled up to 140 or 150 (I keep at 120 but have maxed once or twice). Daily use for the foot of my bed after being on my feet all day. But have to move up to my back sometimes. They say washable and does unplug easily enough. I have a spare and will update after I wash to see if it continues to work as I have found they usually do not. Plenty long enough cord to reach what I need. Has some elastic on the opposite end that I am not sure the purpose of.

Pros: 1) Longer length than most heating pads. 2) The temperature is easier to control vs. having just 3-6 temperature settings.Cons: 1) Although the length of this heating pad is longer, it is two inches more narrow than our other heating pads. 2) The controller is a little far from the heating pad itself. When you pull the cord to bring the controller to you, it is so far down the cords that it pulls the plug out of the outlet.If this heating pad was slightly wider and the controller was a little closer to the pad itself, it would get five stars. Still, it is a great heating pad that we will definitely use.

I love this heating pad so much more than the old plastic one with the chintzy cover that kept siding off This pad is large, comfy and has lovely soft outer fabric. It’s just cozy and provides the exact temp I want.

I love that it is washable and the large size. Best heating pad I've ever owned, it's so soft and you don't feel wires or coils poking through. No more hassle with an outer cover as it's all one piece. Upgrade I should have made ages ago!

My original purchase, the Product did not produce much heat at all even on highest setting and after leaving on for over hour. Also certain spots on pad felt like there was not any warmth.So I Returned.However after communication from the seller sent a second unit. This one works wonderfully: is very soft and the heat is plenty warm and even. Nice to have those qualities in the extra large size. Great customer service

I got this when my Sunbeam one died. I really like the size of it. It’s very soft and comfortable to use. The heat was very consistent for a while, and then so-so. Even so, I gave it to my husband when he hurt his back, and he loves it!

Very cozy and relaxing. I can't use it for long or I fall asleep.

Like that it covers such a large surface I can lay on my side and have it cover from hip to hip,also covering my back in the process. Easy adjustable time and heat levels.
