Love love. Favourite brand of traveling mug. Keep warm well over 6 hours. Perfect for 12 night shift worker, living in Canada and dealing with the winter season. This my third Mug from Contigo and counting

I love this travel mug as it keeps coffee hot, but it is difficult to clean. You cannot get your hand inside to wash it. This is a replacement mug for one that the handle fell off after 1 year of use. Hence the 4 stars.
