The device needs a lot of lubrication just to use the two pieces. And then it wouldn’t put the cup all the way in. It would only come out of the device half way. I would not recommend this brand. I purchased because I have a hard time getting my period cups inserted properly and hoped this would help. The idea is there and maybe there's a learning curb to it that I haven't mastered yet. I was able to get the cup in great the first time but after the first time it won't insert correctly, so it may be user error. The product itself is nice. The material is not super hard feeling and is very easy to clean afterwards. The lube that comes with it works great and rinses off easily.
