If you sit you want this.This is great if you sit and experience any lower back distress/tightness/stiffness. It’s truly supportive Lower back pain relief. It’s sturdy and tough - feels very durable.If you drive - it’s a must.

Nicer than I expected
This is nicer than I expected. It only has two vibration modes, but the high is VERY soothing, and the low is good for a gentle all the time use.I doubt I'll use the heat as I mostly use this in my car which has heated seats, but we'll see once winter comes.My wife suggested I order another one for my recliner at home. I may order a 3rd for the sofa where I sit when I'm in the living room.

Heating element doesn't work
Heating element went out after 4 weeks, should have paid attention to the past reviews. Missed the return window by one day. Waste of money.

I was concerned that this might be too thin or too thick, but it’s been perfect. So much more comfortable!

Does not support back as expected
This product is really slim and does not support the back as expected. The material is not good either. When you lean on it, you feel almost nothing. This product should be thicker, more squishy like foam, and little bigger. I had to return it.

This worked perfectly
I have very straight posture and the depth of our sofa was leaving a space that became very uncomfortable. This pillow filled the space perfectly, supported my lower back, and because our sofa is leather, the faux leather gripped on it and didn't slide around (although I think it would work on fabric as well). This pillow is comfortable, but firm, so it doesn't lose it's shape or effectiveness...at least not yet.
