The washer has never worked. We get an error code from the electronic system, indicating malfunction, in addition to flooding our home. The company has sent out a tech three times in seven months, promising us a replacement twice now, and now saying they never promised us a replacement. Yesterday the company claimed to have sent out a tech only once. The dryer takes many hours to dry regular clothes.
