It's not too high but enough to make a difference when your low in b12. I'd still recommend a on the tongue sublingual on top if your b12 is very low. I personally take this with the Virdian iron complex. It is not easy taking iron or b vits on your tummy if your on higher doses to make a differance, but these are fair more gental than some and a lot less additives.
