Very easy to set up & use we love it x

Absolutely the best nearly-£400 I've ever spent. Packaged really well with straightforward instructions, I had it set up and heating in no time at all. Everything seems very well manufactured and it all felt sturdier than one might expect in an inflatable. Once it is up to temperature (can take a number of hours, especially if you start off with very cold water) be prepared to spend a Lot of time in there. The bubble/air function is far better than I expected, and the tub cools a lot slower than I thought it would, especially given the huge amount of room that there is. I would say you'd have to be Extremely friendly to fit 6 people, but I can stretch right out in there, and there'd be plenty space for 4.Quick tips : 1 - pay attention to where the drain valve will go, Before you fill with water2 - you will have to buy the chemical pack separately3 - Get this set up on a Friday night before a weekend off, or at the beginning of a holiday, because you Will want time to enjoy it.

after much deliberation on what to get for my 50th birthday and then much deliberation on which hot tub we were delighted to receive this 2 days after ordering. Of course nothing is that simple and a vital part a connection valve thing does not open, after my husband has taken the skin off of the palm of his hand, we admit defeat.the hotline does not pick up and so my birthday present an inflatable hot tub does not inflate!hopefully we can get a response and recourse in advance of the party planned.Update the wrong part was sent from the manufacturer the supplier refused to help. Now trying to work out how to return this item

Great value for money. Delivery late and no correspondance from courier but happy now it arriced and up and running. Very easy to inflate compared to my last one.

Exactly as described, very easy to put up and use.

The hot tub arrived well packaged, a couple of days later than expected. The installation videos were really helpful and I got it up and filled. The controls are easy to use, and the timer is really good for saving a little on the electricity bill. The filter needs cleaning regularly, but that isn't difficult. On the whole, this has been a really good tub, very relaxing and great fun. The only downside is the zipper on the lid. Keeping the zip clean and waxed as suggested on a weekly basis wasn't enough. It started to fail after only 5 months, and was completely unusable after 7 months. I wouldn't consider buying another because of the zip. it would be so much better if the lid fitted on with clips.

Everything about this spa is great. It is a nice size, easy to keep clean, good quality and holds its shape well. The built in pump helps a lot if there are space constraints. The bubbles are nice and there are plenty of them - it is extremely noisy to run the bubbles though. The water also takes absolutely ages to warm up. Maybe 1c per hour and if really warm out then maybe 1.5c per hour. I would recommend this spa. Friends of ours have 1 of the more well known brands and have already had to replace their inner 6 times due to bulging. We spent hours of happy fun in it this summer and my 4 year olds swimming skills improved dramatically.

In my opinion the best inflatable spa on the market. Much quieter pump and integrated heater which claims to be more efficient. It is hotter than other spas and has the most bubbles! Alo the best price for a very roomy 6 seater and a discrete dark grey. Very happy :)

Hervorragende Verarbeitung, schnell auf- und abgebaut. Whirlpool steht auf der Dachterrasse im Freien, absolut wetterfest. Habe auf Grund versch. Verbraucherwarnungen wg. evtl. Stromschlaggefahr bzw. defektem Heizelement die Zuleitung vom Elektriker mit einem 10mA FI absichern lassen, ebenso ist werkseitig ein Personenschutzschalter montiert. Heizleistung ok, pro Std. ca. 2 Grad+, max. 42 Grad, optimal 33 Grad. Filter funktioniert tadellos, Wasser ist tiptop klar. Blubberfunktion über gelochten Ring im unteren Bereich der Seitenwände des Pools. Isolierter, weicher Boden. Stromverbrauch Heizung 1500W, Filter 60W, Blubber 720 W. Bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (9/11/14). Roundabout tolles Ding.
