I am diabetic so I use artificial sweeteners for coffee, tea, ceareal, etc. I complement this product with Monk Fruit Extract. It compliments erythritol and leaves little after taste. I believe it is safer for your brain than Sucralose. Teaspoon for teaspoon it measures about the same as sugar. The only issue is it doesn't dissolve as well as sugar, so your limited as to how much you can dissolve in your drink without having crystals settling to the bottom. Sprinkling it on top of food is a little crunchy so I don't use it for that unless a crunchy topping is what I'm looking for. I would definitely recommend it for people that are looking for another alternative from other non-natural sweeteners. Erythritol is a natural product often made from corn or peaches. The packaging is excellent also. I buy the 5 lb bag and use it for at least 2 months so I open and close the ziploc seal many times. I have also replaced alot of sugar in baking recipes.

L purchase this product when necessary the price is gone up. I’ll be happy when they put it on sale, but it is a good product. It’s a great substitute for sugar.

There really isn't anything I dislike about the Erythritol. It's not quite as sweet as sugar, but that's actually not a bad thing. Because of the expense I use half sugar and half Erythritol in my tea and you can't tell any difference in the taste of the tea. That's about the only thing I use it in. My son is Type 2 diabetic and he drinks a lot of sweet tea and this was one way he could cut down on his sugar consumption.

After using "monk fruit" sweeteners, I learned that they were mostly erythritol, with a little added monk fruit powder. It's a big cost savings for me to buy the erythritol and add a little monk fruit powder into the bag. If I run out of monk fruit powder, I probably won't reorder , as the erythritol on its own is good.

The best sweetener on the market! I'm highly satisfied. Definitely recommend. So easy to mix and the texture is just like sugar. I have no problem staying in ketosis. Very low in calories. No bitter taste. Taste just like sugar. Sweetens like sugar and no gut pain!
