A: Yes, but it provided days of meals.

**Q: How many total packets of these 500g come with this price of $13.71? i hope it is not just 1.**
A: It is just one package but it is a lot of noodles.

**Q: Can you use this for stir fry chow mein?**
A: I see no reason you couldn't.  The noodles were very tasty and they held well in my raman.  The only problem the package was not packed well and the noodle were broken.

**Q: do they actually have any egg in them? Ingredients don't list egg.**
A: ANOTHER WAY TO TELL IF THE NOODLE HAS EGGS
Look at the ingredients label.  This product has 12g protein/2oz.    
Chow Mein noodles without egg will have a protein content of about 2 or 3 max g of protein per 2 oz.
