All the lights in my basement mysteriously went out in a week bought these to replace them and they work great! Now I just need a product for the mysterious ethereal crying...

Make sure to double check the warmth of your current lights if replacing just one of many. I ordered Warm White thinking it would match my living room lights but it’s slightly cooler than the others. Not hugely noticeable, but something to note for the future.

The bulbs are certainly as bright or brighter than the old incandescent bulbs they replaced, they also worked flawlessly with the old knob style dimmer switch powering them.That bring said, one of the bulbs started occasionally flashing and then would sometimes be found to be off, turning the lights off and then back on would usually fix it or even knocking on the bulb. I wanted to be sure it was the bulb and not the socket so I swapped two of the bulbs and the problem followed the bulb. I replaced the bad bulb and haven't had any issues since.The problem with bulbs failing is that with only one acting up the hassle of complaining simply isn't worth the potential reward (I don't have any interest in sitting on the phone back and forth just to have a single replacement bulb sent to me). This means I have try to buy reliable bulbs in the first place. I'm sure the company would have replaced the bulb if I called or emailed them and I'm providing this rating under that assumption.

Just installed these today in my 5 bulb kitchen hanging chandelier fixture (standard-size torch shape, so since the lighted ends of these seem to be very wide I was very worried they wouldn't fit..but they fit PERFECTLY!) and couldn't be happier! They are bright, and dim very well. Can adjust to any specific brightness without flickering! I had an extra bulb, so decided to install in laundry room where I have another dimming circuit. The bulb currently there does not dim, so once I put this new one it, it was just very low, flickering, and then doesn't dim at all! I tested the bulbs in laundry (that I replaced in kitchen), and there is no dimming. So I believe the low light, flickering, and non-dimming was definitely due to a faulty dimming circuit. Why do I mention this? Because before I bought these, I noticed some negative reviews mentioning the exact same thing. I believe it is due to a faulty circuit or incompatibility with certain circuits.
