My son was ordered to have prescription shoe inserts but there was a problem with insurance approval. I saw nice reviews for these and took a chance. My son's whole demeanor changed because he was no longer in as much pain. He would only have pain if he was standing for most of the day. It has been a year since I bought these and my son no longer complains about heel pain. He no longer needs to use these inserts in his shoes. I don't know if he grew out of his heel problem because of a growth spurt but we have not needed to see the orthopedic since buying these inserts. I do believe having worn these helped him tremendously.
