Product arrived right on time. It was easy to unbox and assemble. My wife and I purchased this product as part of our home gym we are building. They sent the wrong kit at first, received correct kit the next day.
Everything is here. Works so far. The knee pad came a little bit bent, but that's no problem. The resistance band is weak but I could probably find a use for it. The hand grip trainer is advertised as going up to 130lbs, not sure how accurate that is because I have another 90lbs grip trainer that feels the exact same. Still works fine though, will be hard enough for the average person to close.
