When I started reading, I felt like the author copied this book from another retriever book and pasted "Toller" in as needed. That thought was confirmed on page 21 where he literally left XXX on the page where he should have entered "Toller"!I was very impressed with his list of questions I should ask my breeder, but he did not answer the questions! This book is supposed to be my "guide" about Tollers, but it left me pretty clueless to the specifics of the breed.The bottom line, if I wanted a general book about DOGS then it would be a fine read, but if you are looking for learning about and understanding Tollers, look elsewhere.
