Auto stop bypass wiring harness for 2019 Chevrolet Equinox.
This โauto stopโ wiring harness to bypass the auto-stop from occurring was an excellent and economically affordable installation. I highly recommend it. The auto-stop has never occurred and no computer faults have occurred since the installation. I couldnโt actually find any helpful videos or pictures to show the installation of this so I have taken a few of my installation. I hope itโs helpful to others.

nice costly story
This "dongle" works. Inexpensive. Now the engine does not shut off and restart. There is no disable switch on our Equinox for this unwanted feature. We have done our share of saving the planet from unwanted emissions, the gas savings evaporated when a restart caused a rear end as it moved the car in close quarters at a destruction orange barrel zone. No good deed goes un-punished. Our insurance carrier did not ask, they just piled on the punishment cost. My car was not damaged at all. Nice story to tell.

Works flawlessly.
I installed this on my 2021 Buick Enclave, which has no "bypass" button for the auto stop feature, which I despise. Installation was incredibly simple and it worked perfectly. The value of eliminating the product was well worth getting rid of auto stop feature.

Perfect! Installed this on my 2019 Chevy trailblazer, and no issues no auto stop!! And only for $9!!! For those wondering how to install; Open the hood, look down and In the middle part closest to the hood latch. You will see a small cable, un-plug that, then you just plug this eliminator cable (in between)on both ends. Bam, done.

Not for my 2019 Buick EnClave
Finally had opportunity to install this device this weekend on my 2019 Buick Enclave.. It installed easily and appeared to be working properly. I took it for about a 5 mile drive thought town and on the highway and it appeared to be working perfectly. - engine never quit running during stops. Two days later my wife calls me on her way to a meeting and reports the check engine light is on, it has reduced the power, and instructs her to shut the engine off immediately. A series of additional message began flashing across the screen to fast for her to repeat them. I responded to her location and witnessed the same messages during three different startups. Finally removed the device and had to disconnect the battery to get the system to reset eventually reeset to drive the car home, which finctions properly. I would not recommend this for a 2019 Enclave!!!

Auto Start Stop Eliminator Works Great.
Took less than a minute to install once I researched how to disconnect the GMC connector. Works great. I read some were not able to use their remote start after installation but my remote start sill works.

PARTIAL Fix For The Auto Start Stop Feature on 2020 Equinox LT
Installed on my 2020 Chevy Equinox LT with 1.5L Turbo. Easy to install as it will only go in one way. Works great but DOES create B3006 Error codes shown by an engine scan. No check engine lights occur. I'm happy with the fact that the Auto Start Stop has been disabled, but now I have to go out and continually clear codes.

I hate the auto start stop feature on my car and when I saw I could get rid of it with this $10 harness I Had to try it and it works great!!! Took 20 seconds to plug it in and zip tie it to make it look nice and now no more stupid auto start stop

I could give this a zero star, does not work on a Buick 2019 encore and also the check engine light comes on

Not much for me to say, it works as advertised for my 2019 Chevy Cruze hatchback. Permanently disabled start/stop and hasn't thrown any codes or problems for the car, safe buy.

I have a 2019 GMC Terrain and really disliked the auto/stop feature. Decided to give this connector a try. Took only a couple of minutes to install (watched a youtube video first). It worked exactly as it said it would. No check engine light just nice steady idle when I come to a stop. Gave it 5 stars and I highly recommend this product.
