Perfect bathroom upgrade

Beautiful Gold Mirror
The mirror arrived with a small dent on the side but after calling customer service they offered me a partial credit if I kept it as is or full credit if returned. Since the dent was small & could be hung where it wouldn’t be seen, I kept & received a partial credit. The mirror is large and sturdy.I love the color & the size/style/image quality of the mirror.

Great until they were not
We thought we loved these mirrors… They were perfect for our bathroom and the most affordable for this size that we could find!! However, you will get what you pay for. After about 4 months we woke up in the middle of the night to a terrible loud sound. The mirror had fallen off the wall. It hit the edge of our countertop on the way down, taking a huge chip out of the side (pictured)! The mounting hardware comes glued onto the mirror and appears to have completely separated from the back of the mirror. Cheap manufacturing. Very unfortunate situation since our counter will cost $250 to fix and now we also need new mirrors. Be cautious where you are hanging this as it could be a big hazard around kids and animals. It could have severely injured my 2 year old if he had been walking around when it happened. The company is NOT helpful either. Terrible customer service.
