I've had this wireless charger for almost 2 months. I have to bring it to work with me so it goes in my backpack all the time. (Why I had to start using a wireless charger is sometimes when I plug my galaxy note 8 in to charger it informs me that there's moisture in the port or in the charger. So there for I bought this wireless one to avoid the frustration, it's not helping! Grrrr, now this chargers port is loose and won't stay on. I tried to wiggle it, position it ever so gently to get that blue light on so I know it has power. BUT, no that doesn't work anymore. I swear it ruined every cord I put in there! UPDATE: well they sent me a new charger a week ago and so far so good (was a nice surprise). At least the company stands by their product 😀

UPDATE 03/22: Due to my unhappiness with this product, the seller shipped me a brand new version that came with the adapter at no charge. This version works SO MUCH BETTER. I am very happy. It charges much faster. Great product!I had high hopes for this charger. I was looking forward to having it at my desk at work to have my phone propped up and charging while working. Unfortunately, this charger does not charge my phone as quickly as I had hoped. This morning, I came to work with a phone that was a little less than half way charged, and four hours after putting it on the charger, it was only at 80%. I took my phones case off (Speck) and it made no difference. My case fits the requirements of being less than 4 mm, and my charger port meets the output requirements, but yet this is hardly charging my phone. ☹️

Bought this for my bedside since my wife got one. The problem is that I had to keep fiddling with it to get it just right in position in order for the charging to start. The other wireless charger that we got is the one that's a "stand," and that always start instantly. Anyways, returning this to get the stand again. Thought it'd be nice to have a flat or stand combo, but I can't have the phone not charge overnight.*Update 6/22/18*The seller tried to help me with the problem I had, but the problem remains. Because of good customer service, I upgraded to 4 stars.

I’ve had this one for about 10 days, and so far I like it WAY better than the first one I bought, which was a basic charging pad. My phone wouldn’t charge on it sometimes, I would wake up and the phone was still at 50%, and the charging light was SO bright I had to turn it around.This one has been SO much better. I think part of the reason is because your phone just sits upright, so there is less of a chance it’s in the wrong position. Very happy with this charger.

Got it was a present for a friend. It worked perfectly fine for the Iphone 8 plus. Top tip, make sure you buy a good charging adapter with higher voltage to make it work better, aka charge faster. Thou, apple products will not be able to reach top charging speed due to restrictions and limits placed by the Apple Corp. But it is still better/cheaper than the ones you buy at the Apple Store.

I like the ability to put my phone on a wireless charger without having to plug it in and let it charge that way. This is a fast charger for me. The only problem which is a non problem is with the light. Since i have this in my room and I charge my phone at night, I have to turn the charger so I don't have a green light in my face. It does change color to show you are charging. Which is nice.

I've tried a couple of other wireless charges and they were worthless. One of them left burn marks on the phone and was really hard to get perfect placement of the phone so that it would charge. This one is really easy. I have it on my nightstand and it's quick to put it down and pick it up for charging.

I love it when a product just works - no fuss, no having to hold your mouth just the right way. I've never not had this charger instantly connect to my Note 8 and go into fast charging, and I even keep it in its case (its thin plastic). It's on the pricey side, but it's a literal powerhouse.
