Its shampoo
It washes my hair but I haven't noticed any hair growth or added thickness since using it. The scent isn't overwhelming, kind of pleasant.

Keeps My Hair Nice and Blonde
The shampoo and conditioner both smell so good and you get a good amount for the price you pay. It doesn’t dry my hair like many other “purple” shampoos. If your hair is platinum, don’t leave on your hair for too long or your hair will turn a purple/gray color.

I have been coloring my hair for decades-yes, I’m old-and have tried every product out there.These two products are by far, AMAZING!My hair is soft, less frizz and has more volume.If you color your hair, these two are a MUST HAVE!

White toning conditioner
This conditioner kept my blonde hair bright and shiny. Did better than other blue shampoos that left my hair brassy. I love that I could keep the tone of white to my hair

Made hair worse than before using it!
Feels like putting lotion on my hair but not in a moisturizing way at all. It doesn't and hasn't done anything for my recently dyed blonde hair. It dries my hair out so bad and leaves it feeling brittle and worse than before I used it.
