Just about every season outside of winter, my hair is in a ponytail when I'm working in the garden, flower beds, whatever. I used to keep colorful scrunchy things around all the time. They break, and I got older...I just wanted something I could grab and throw my hair up as I was running outside to work on the lawn or garden. These do the trick and seem to be pretty sturdy and will last a while.

My sister and I use these and she has some thick hair and very long and she loves these and uses them all the time. I myself have long thing hair and I love them as well they do not loose thier shape or even the tightness of them
