## Description

Wilton Icing Colour is a concentrated food colouring paste. This yellow colouring is suitable to colour buttercream, marzipan, fondant, gum paste, icing, batter, cookie dough and much more. The colours can also be mixed to create your own colour. Then colour 2 pieces of fondant separate and mix them together. Comes in brown color.

Review: Not as pigmented and not like a gel. More like a very liquid lotion - It's got colour but not much debth for fondant. Had to use almost the entire thing to get this dark brown for 1 kg fondant with a dash of black. I had bought black too, but cos it took so long with the brown that the fondant lost its elasticity after kneeding so much to get the colour in, I decided to use the brown that was left over and put some black to help speed it it which meant I didn't have to use much of the black..

It's got colour but not much debth for fondant. Had to use almost the entire thing to get this dark brown for 1 kg fondant with a dash of black.
