we are using it as couple (both 60+). It really helped our digestions and stopped our problems, regulated our bowel movements. Easy to sue. We take it 1 hour before our meal time.

Great supplement for liver support. I had elevated liver ALT and after taking this for a couple of months my liver function test went back into normal range. I will continue taking this to support my liver.

I like the fact that these are capsules, so easier to swallow and no taste. I have noticed an improvement in my digestion since using them, so a positive effect already, bought them to detox and aid my liver function. 1200mg dose which is high compared to other brands so overall good value for money.

For Detoxing after chemo.

I have taken these intermittently over a period of 2 months. 1 pill is more than enough, I have felt more energetic in general (although this could be to do with other lifestyle changes). The reason why I recommend 1 pill is that I notice I sweat a lot more on days I have taken this, which I'm guessing is due to an increase in metabolic activity.Overall I would say it is worth trying compared to other supplements which seem to be simple placebo pills with no noticeable effects whereas this certainly has a noticeable effect

Was told I had the start of NALD last year. I’d rather take a supplement that’s proven to work than big pharma. Not been rescanned, but feel really well

They do work but I can't justify purchasing again due to the fact that the price has increased 42% since I last bought them less than 6 months ago.
