For me this was perfect fit. It helps with my plantar fasciitis my feet don’t hurt as much after wearing them. I didn’t need to cut them to size they just fit my shoes. I’ll come back in a few months and let you know how they re doing.

The supports feel nice, but are unfortunately too small for the stated shoe size. They aren't unusable but I do have to pull them back in to the heal every time I put the shoes on.

My foot pain has been eased, and I have enjoyed exceptional comfort, exactly as they advertised.

This is a really good fit for the shoe. However, there are no massaging features or anything like that so don't look for tons of pain relief. But definitely feel way more supported and I get to keep the type of shoe that feels best to me without being abusive to my feet.

While these are the correct size, they aren't as wide as my feet (5E) though and there doesn't seem to be a wider option. However, these are hard and nearly inflexible. I found no comfort with these at all. I have an old bottom-of-the-heel fracture that that never healed properly and was only recently discovered. I've tried some of the heel-specific "gel" pads, but while those provide some relief, they also don't quite do the job. My search continues... YMMV.

Stable, higher arch than I usually use, but has great stability, and feels very good in my work boot.

They fit well to the foot and there is quite a bit of arch support and cushion in the heel area. I got them in the proper size and I fit perfectly into my shoes. One thing I should say is that they are thick enough that it will impact how much room there is between your foot and the top of your shoe that you should keep that in mind as I found my foot was pressed to the top of my shoe. My only complaint about these is they are a bit weighty so I noticed that my shoes felt quite a bit heavier. Other than that these are perfectly comfortable and if you suffer from plantar fasciitis did you get that picking feeling in your heel it definitely helps relieve that especially when you have to walk long distances. These are easy to install and there are many custom sizes available. It would definitely recommend these if you are suffering from heel spurs or plantar fasciitis.

fit perfectly in my shoes...and has given me fast relief....will by again

It's well made and okay for short walks but not for a few hours or a day of standing. Compared to my 3/4 arch support it looks about 1/8"-1/4" less in the arch. Feels stiff enough but just not enough correction to re-align knees, hips, and back.

They felt good when I put them in my work boots. Now just gotta do a 16hr day to see how they hold up.
